• Under ACL you are entitled to a replacement if a product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds will not be available unless our product is faulty.  In this case the applicable remedy under the ACL will be available to you.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase of our products or use of our website, however arising, including under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute or otherwise, will not exceed the cost of the last product purchased by you.
